Lighting that sells itself — online.
A product-forward website and social presence for a lighting business whose customers buy with their eyes.
4 weeks · four rooms — each one lights up as you walk in.
Week 1Room 1 of 4
Find the switch
Lighting is a considered, visual purchase. Without strong product presentation online, it is hard to earn trust or reach beyond walk-in customers.

Week 2Room 2 of 4
Light the catalogue
A product-forward site that presents the catalogue as beautifully as the showroom: three moods, twelve categories, new arrivals and best sellers.

Week 3Room 3 of 4
One tap to ask
Every piece is one tap from a WhatsApp enquiry — the way customers here already like to buy. Custom-coded with AI agents, hosted and deployed by me.
Week 4Room 4 of 4
Beyond the walls
Reels and product showcases keep the brand visible to new audiences; the site and social were designed together so every touchpoint reads as one brand.

The UX work
Behind the design
- From the build — read off the real screens
- Assumption — to validate with users
- Planned test
From the build
- 01
WhatsApp and the phone number live in the header, and every product has its own Get Price button.
WhyCustomers here already buy by talking on WhatsApp; the site removes the steps between seeing a piece and asking about it.
Header · Product cards
- 02
The collection is introduced by mood — “Three Moods. One Standard.” — before categories.
WhyPeople buying lighting think in atmospheres first and fittings second.
Home
- 03
Location pages for the towns the store serves.
WhyLighting is bought locally; those pages answer the search people actually type (“chandelier store in Kangra”).
Locations
- 04
Separate Bulk Orders and Consultation pages.
WhyTrade buyers and room-by-room advice are different jobs from browsing; they get their own doors.
Navigation
- 05
The Google rating and customer reviews sit high on the home page.
WhyFor an expensive, visual purchase, trust has to be earned before the first enquiry.
